WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any allergic reactions that may result in the consumption of products purchased.

• Please note that the order is NOT finalized until it is paid for in full.

• The retainer fee is 50% of your payment and is non-refundable as it secures your date. Payment due by and cancellation dates are included in the invoice.

• If payment is not received by due date provided on invoice, it will be canceled. 

• Any last-minute orders (treat table set-up/ large orders  which include over 3 dozen of any treat) will be charged a RUSH FEE  of $100.00 (unless otherwise specified). If it results in this fee being charged it will be discussed. We want to make sure we perfect your order which may include other vendors and special fees for us also. 

• Once treats are received PLEASE KEEP THEM IN A COOL AND SAFE SPACE TO AVOID ANY DAMAGES.

• Once treats are handed off they are no longer responsible for by NOVENS or any employees of NOVENS.

• A small delivery fee will be applied and will be listed on your invoice accordingly if orders are not able to be picked up. When delivering orders a grace period of 15 minutes allotted. After that grace period you will need to make arrangements to pick up your order.  

• There are additional fees for setup and if the equipment is not returned.
